Motent - The original VW tent awning
Welcome to the Motent, a tent Awning original designed and supplied to the VW Group back in 1970's (VW part number 231.999 910MT).
We are re-launching the Motent in late summer 2022 with a steel frame, and modern waterproof materials with an option to color match your special VW T1 or T2 (where possible) with bespoke colour designs. This is a stand-alone, drive-away, self-supporting tent awning that will compliment your van and make you stand out on the campsite.
